What a successful pilot proves

Approval gates work

Medium- and high-risk tasks freeze and require explicit admin action before any provider executes.

RBAC holds at the API layer

Operators cannot approve. Viewers cannot submit. Cross-workspace access returns 403 — not through the UI, at the API.

Audit chain is exportable

Every task produces a 7-event audit chain downloadable as JSON + Markdown with SHA-256 integrity hash.

Provider fallback is safe

If a provider key is missing or invalid, the system falls back to stub and logs PROVIDER_FALLBACK — it doesn't fail silently.

Your team understands the gaps

You receive a written production gap assessment: what works, what needs hardening before a production deployment.

The spine is reproducible
